The house could connect writers with the agents as soon as enrollment so that the writer may feel important and guided and have queries answered person-to-person. I also felt the process of getting my issues addressed through a ticket to be tedious. For example, the publishing house could have given a mode of communication to address the overwhelming queries, I as a novice in this field had right after my enrollment in the challenge. There are also certain things I wish were done tad differently. I loved the choice of book covers they had given the writers however, a way to customise certain aspects of the chosen cover would greatly help the writers. The experience and process were extremely smooth. I had my first ever book published by BookLeaf through a writing challenge.
